Singapore Partners with Vietnam’s National Agency for Technology Entrepreneurship

Singapore’s Action Community of Entrepreneurship (ACE) signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) with Vietnam’s National Agency for Technology Entrepreneurship and Commercialization Development (NATEC) earlier this morning. The MOU seeks to establish a cooperative relationship between the two countries for nurturing
