The Singapore Fintech Festival (SFF) will return in November with a focus on five forces reshaping global finance.
The event will run from 18 to 20 November 2026, bringing together policymakers, regulators, financial institutions, technology companies, investors and entrepreneurs.
Organised by the Monetary Authority of Singapore (MAS) and the Global Finance & Technology Network (GFTN), in collaboration with the Association of Banks in Singapore, the festival will focus on technology, geoeconomics, capital, talent and policy.

Sopnendu Mohanty, Group Chief Executive Officer, GFTN said,
“This year’s festival is built with a simple conviction: Rewiring, handled well, is not just a risk. It is where opportunity is created.
As the flagship GFTN global forum, SFF gives policymakers, financial institutions, investors and entrepreneurs from across the world a shared map through these shifts, and the partnerships to act on it with confidence.”
Sessions will examine how financial institutions can use artificial intelligence while managing AI-enabled scams, cyber threats and risks from quantum computing.
They will also cover shifting trade and capital flows, investment in AI-linked companies, workforce skills and policy responses to technological change.
AI-connected companies now account for around 40% of the S&P 500’s market capitalisation, according to the organisers.
Founders and Investors Take Centre Stage
The programme will include talks by founders, meetings between investors and startups, and discussions involving policymakers.
SFF MeetUp will arrange pre-scheduled introductions between attendees, while the Global Fintech Hackcelerator will offer early-stage companies mentorship, investor access and a demonstration day prize pool.
International pavilions and a multi-hall exhibition will feature financial institutions, technology companies, startups and other industry participants.

Kenneth Gay, Chief Fintech Officer of MAS, said,
“As the forces shaping global finance become more complex and interconnected, international cooperation and public-private collaboration will be increasingly important.
SFF 2026 will provide a platform for stakeholders to exchange perspectives, strengthen partnerships and develop practical approaches to emerging opportunities and challenges.”
The invite-only Insights2040 Annual Meeting will take place before the festival from 16 to 17 November at the Sands Expo & Convention Centre.
Formerly known as the Insights Forum, it will bring together senior public and private sector leaders to address technology issues affecting financial services.
Complimentary tickets are available to governments, policymakers, central banks, academics, students, multilateral agencies, non-profit organisations and foundations.
Registration is open through the SFF website.
