- According to the needs of business scenarios, design and split labeling and collection tasks, and formulate comprehensive annotation specifications
- Train and answer questions for labelers and reviewers, record and give feedback on problems in the process of annotation
- Adjust the annotation method according to the opinions of the demand side and the acceptance results, summarize regularly, and propose optimization suggestions for the annotation platform or project improvement plans based on their own experience and user feedback
- Manage the external part-time team, and monitor the whole process of labeling cost estimation, business testing, and result delivery
- Full-time undergraduate degree or above, with team management experience of more than 5 people
- Excellent teamwork spirit, good communication and presentation skills, serious, responsible and patient
- Have an exploratory spirit for the AI industry, be able to independently complete and analyze general problems encountered in the project, and have a strong ability to withstand pressure
