The Channels & Digitalization function enables end-to-end seamless connectivity for UOB customers across all physical and digital touchpoints of the Bank. - Process back-end manual account opening
- Perform KYC checks as part of account opening process
- Assist with placements of deposits for new accounts
- Approach customers for clarifications relating to account opening
- Comply with established operational control and audit procedures and maintain a high standard of housekeeping at branch.
Skills And Experience
- Strong customer service mindset and enjoy the challenge of meeting and exceeding customers’ expectations
- Team player, with good communication and problem-solving skills
- Able to multitask and possess leadership traits
- Effectively bilingual (written and spoken)
Education
- No prior working experience required
- A local polytechnic Diploma or Degree
- Those with KYC or banking experience are welcome to apply
