- Lead field sales agents' teams to performs.
- Ensure successful launch of new project, product & service or promotion.
- Ensure agents have complied with policy, product / service knowledge, procedure and assigned target
- Develop & Build effective agent distribution network for customer satisfaction.
- Bachelor’s degree in Sales, Marketing Business, or any related field.
- At least 03 years sales experience with organization in Banking Fintech and telecom industry is preferred
- Good command communication both English and presentation skills
- Ability to lead, train and develop a high performing sales team
- Able to use Ms. Word, Excel and PowerPoint
