Description
  • Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to resolve daily support tickets.
  • Troubleshoot and address user-facing issues, including top-ups, withdrawals, and payment orders.
  • Continuously monitor the live system to detect issues and escalate to the relevant partner promptly.
  • Immediately notify relevant stakeholders if any issue arises that could affect the user experience.
  • Identify system bugs, then report them to the appropriate departments (e.g., Product Management, Development) and follow up until they are resolved.
  • Other ad-hoc tasks assigned by leaders.
Qualifications
  • At least 1 year of experience in a tech start-up (e-commerce, fintech).
  • Good at communication & problem solving.
  • Proactively take on new responsibilities where most needed.
  • Can-do attitude, growth-oriented mindset.
  • Able to work shift-time (5 days/week).
  • Preferred background in business administration/ Finance/ Banking.
  • English communication is a plus.
