Description
- Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to resolve daily support tickets.
- Troubleshoot and address user-facing issues, including top-ups, withdrawals, and payment orders.
- Continuously monitor the live system to detect issues and escalate to the relevant partner promptly.
- Immediately notify relevant stakeholders if any issue arises that could affect the user experience.
- Identify system bugs, then report them to the appropriate departments (e.g., Product Management, Development) and follow up until they are resolved.
- Other ad-hoc tasks assigned by leaders.
Qualifications
- At least 1 year of experience in a tech start-up (e-commerce, fintech).
- Good at communication & problem solving.
- Proactively take on new responsibilities where most needed.
- Can-do attitude, growth-oriented mindset.
- Able to work shift-time (5 days/week).
- Preferred background in business administration/ Finance/ Banking.
- English communication is a plus.
