Description
Setlary Thailand is seeking a dedicated Business Development to expand its network of corporate partners. The role involves acquiring new clients, relationship management, and market development skills to provide exceptional value to corporate clients and their employees.
Responsibilities
- Identify and engage clients to use the company’s platform for their employees.
- Clearly explain our products and services to clients, ensuring they understand the full range of offering.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for corporate clients, ensuring exceptional service delivery.
- Conduct regular client reviews to understand their needs and providing tailored solutions.
- Build long-term relationships that drive client retention and satisfaction.
- Execute company plans and contribute to the company’s growth by helping to build its business.
- Provide training and support to corporate clients on how to maximize the platform’s value.
- Gather client feedback to support product enhancements and new feature development.
- Monitor industry trends and competitor offerings to refine client engagement strategies.
- Marketing of company’s products and services – cross selling approach.
- Perform any other duties and responsibilities as assigned by management from time to time.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Communication, or a related field.
- Minimum 3 years experiences in Sales or a similar industry.
- Prior experience dealing with financial type or Fintech products is a plus.
- Strong problem-solving and negotiation abilities.
- Possess own transport, must be willing to travel regionally.
- Excellent interpersonal, communication, and presentation skills.
- Proficiency in both Thai and English, with strong written and verbal communication skills.
