Responsibilities
  • Growth of lending business, with a focus on secured lending (property) while providing loan advisory and solutions to meet the financing needs of customers
  • Deepen engagement with strategic partners, identify and maximise sales opportunities and also proactively build and manage long-term partnerships with an emphasis on good after-sales service
  • Managing the day-to-day support of our channel partners’ enquiries and provide prompt response and feedback
  • Progressively establish sales network through regular contact with referral sources and identify new business opportunities
  • Proactive monitoring of strategic and key accounts to achieve optimum profitability, new business opportunities and leads generation
  • Provide business updates, insights and overall portfolio analysis
  • A strong emphasis is placed on sales’ integrity and ability to follow the correct procedures and bank’s policies
Qualifications
  • Minimum 2 years of SME secured lending (property) experience in frontline sales, business development, relationship management, business development managers within legal conveyancing firms
  • Familiarity within the property landscape within Singapore as well as regulatory policies
  • Strong analytical, presentation and report writing skills
  • Energetic, hardworking, multi task oriented and independent team player
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, communicate accurately and effectively
  • Outgoing personality
