We're a fast-growing fintech company transforming how consumers pay with our innovative Buy Now, Pay Later (BNPL) solution. Our mission is to empower merchants and delight customers with flexible, secure, and seamless payment options.
We're looking for a driven and strategic Business Development & Partner Acquisition Manager to lead the charge in acquiring new merchants, with a primary focus on fashion retail but also exploring new business categories to fuel our next stage of growth.
Responsibilities
- Build and manage a targeted pipeline tailored to each segment's dynamics.
- Develop relationships with key decision-makers to tailor BNPL solutions for mutual value.
- Lead end-to-end partnership processes, including negotiation, contracting, and onboarding.
- Collaborate cross-functionally to ensure seamless partner experiences.
- Track performance, analyze trends, and identify upsell or optimization opportunities.
- Stay ahead of market shifts and competitor activity to uncover new verticals.
Qualifications
- 5 years+ in BD, partnerships, or merchant acquisition in fintech, payments, or e-commerce.
- Proven ability to close deals and scale partnerships.
- Strong commercial sense and pitch skills.
- Knowledge of BNPL and retail payments.
- Entrepreneurial mindset with growth focus.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Bachelor's degree; MBA a plus.
