Description
Mcer Mission: Carry out the mission of providing fast and convenient financial services to customers, committing to and accompanying the Company's development journey to become a Consumer Finance Company - Finance Technology.
Responsibilities
- Develop policies, procedures and guiding documents for implementation in card product development.
- Implement to build and develop product solutions by target customer segments.
- Manage and continuously review product solutions according to target customer segments.
- Develop credit card products, continuously evaluate and improve products and features
- Develop marketing communication policies for card product incentive programs.
- Implement to supervise and evaluate the quality of applications on the card channel and continuously improve in line with the customer experience and journey.
- Coordinate with sales force in the process of implementing associated credit card products.
- Implement market and competitor research on trends, products, card features and transaction behavior of cardholders.
- Manage a portfolio of card products, services, applications by strategy, customer portrait, card sales model/project/business partner.
Qualifications
- University graduate and upwards: E-commerce Management, Supply Chain, Finance-Banking, Law, IT,...
- Professional certificated (preferred): Card payment/Market research/Fintech companies/...
- TOEIC 450 and upwards
