Sleek is seeking a Chief Financial Officer to lead its global finance function and drive strategic financial leadership across the business. This role is critical in preparing the company for a potential IPO, while partnering closely with the Board, investors, and lenders.

To provide strategic financial direction and ensure Sleek’s financial readiness for public markets, enabling sustainable global growth and long-term value creation.
Strategic Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A)
Establishes a robust strategic financial planning process to support growth and IPO preparation.
Enhances forecasting models, scenario planning, and capital expenditure analysis to inform operational and Board-level decisions.
Capital Allocation & Fundraising
Optimizes Sleek’s capital structure and leads strategies for efficient capital deployment.
Drives fundraising initiatives, including pre-IPO financing, and manages relationships with prospective investors and lenders.
Risk Management & Compliance
Develops and implements comprehensive frameworks for managing financial risks, including currency, interest rate, and operational exposures.
Ensures full compliance with financial regulations, governance standards, and internal controls in line with public company requirements.
Global Financial Operations & Scalability
Enhances and automates financial systems to support international expansion and operational complexity.
Identifies and resolves internal control gaps, establishes scalable processes, and centralizes financial systems and documentation.
Tax Strategy & Optimization
Crafts and executes a global tax strategy to minimize liabilities while maintaining full compliance—particularly as Sleek grows internationally and moves toward IPO-readiness.
Leadership & Team Development
Leads and mentors the global finance team, fostering a culture of strategic partnership, professional development, and continuous improvement.
Builds a world-class finance function capable of supporting a publicly listed company.
- At least 15 years experience in finance roles, with at least 5 years in a CFO or equivalent senior financial leadership position
- Experience in a high growth SaaS or tech-enabled business
- Extensive experience interacting with Boards, institutional investors, and lenders
- Experience in preparing a company for an IPO or similar capital market transactions
- Outstanding verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex financial concepts clearly to diverse stakeholders
- CPA or CFA or equivalent qualification
