General risk management:

• Develop and implement organization wide risk management function, define the risk appetite for whole organization
• Build risk culture for the organization, ensure line managers take explicit ownership of key risks and adopting a risk vs return mindset
• Manage overall organization credit risk (portfolio management) that includes collection team.
• Work with regulators to ensure timely update of new regulation and compliance requirement

Credit risk policy and Analytics:

• Define credit policy for whole organization including digital and offline policies
• Build credit scoring model, mathematical models and statistical analysis through coordinating with Data function
• Build digital collection capability for digital bank where there is no physical presence

Risk reporting:

• Develop and disseminate risk analysis and progress reports to company executives, board members and employees.
• Responsible for timely delivery of internal and external requirement of risk reports

Fraud and Operation risk:

• Oversee Fraud and Operation risk for overall ecosystem business

Develop Risk function people and capability:

• Responsible for allocating work, monitoring, evaluating and recommending bonus for team member
• Participate in recruiting and building risk function
• Responsible for career development of team member
