Description

AEON Finance is seeking a full-time Credit Card Project Manager in Hanoi, Vietnam.

Responsibilities
  • Develop strategic plans for credit card product growth in alignment with business objectives and market demand.
  • Manage and enhance credit card products, including customer segmentation and strengthening product competitiveness in the Vietnamese market.
  • Ensure compliance with legal regulations and international standards in credit card product development.
  • Establish and maintain partnerships and negotiations with international card organizations (Visa, MasterCard, JCB, NAPAS).
Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree in Economics, Finance, Banking, Business Administration, Accounting, or other related fields.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in consumer finance, banking, or with international card organizations (Visa, MasterCard, JCB, NAPAS).
  • At least 3 years of managerial experience as Head/Deputy Head of Credit Card Product Development in a financial institution or bank.
  • Ability to work effectively under pressure and handle situations promptly.
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills.
  • Dynamic, proactive, and highly motivated with a strong growth mindset.
