The Marketing, Communications and SDR department generate demand by delivering an inspiring story to the money movement community to drive sustainable growth and equity.

Within the department the Integrated Marketing plays a critical role to develop and execute globally consistent, locally relevant marketing campaigns, content as well as leading our digital presence for Visa Cross-Border Solutions, which includes Currencycloud. This includes developing and managing Currencycloud's brand visibility, creating and distributing content, and managing the website and our media performance.

Visa is seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Digital Marketing Coordinator to join their dynamic APAC marketing team. As a vital team member, you will be responsible for executing digital marketing strategies tailored to the APAC region, orchestrating omni-channel campaigns with marketing managers, and collaborating with regional agencies. This role also involves managing SEO, CRO and paid advertising initiatives. Responsibilities
  • Collaborate with our APAC marketing team to develop and implement digital marketing strategies that align with our business objectives and target audience, including SEO, CRO, email and paid advertising campaigns.
  • Help manage and optimize SEO efforts in APAC, conducting keyword research, on-page optimization, and providing content recommendations to enhance organic search rankings and drive targeted traffic.
  • Help plan, implement, and optimize paid advertising campaigns across various platforms, such as Google Ads,LinkedIn Ads and Chinese platforms such as WeChat, Baidu, to maximize brand exposure and generate high-quality leads in focus markets.
  • Foster strong relationships with global/regional agencies, working closely to develop and execute effective digital marketing initiatives that align with our brand identity and campaign goals.
  • Coordinate the implementation of email marketing campaigns, from creating and optimizing email templates to segmenting target lists, scheduling campaigns, and analyzing performance metrics.
  • Ensure the smooth operation of marketing automation platforms, troubleshooting technical issues, and ensuring accurate data integration.
  • Conduct regular A/B testing and analysis of email campaigns, SEO strategies, and paid advertising to improve engagement, conversion rates, and overall campaign performance.
  • Assist in the development and execution of lead nurturing workflows and customer journey mapping, leveraging marketing automation tools.
  • Monitor and analyze key metrics related to digital marketing efforts, providing valuable insights and actionable recommendations for continuous improvement.
  • Stay updated with industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies in digital marketing, SEO, and paid advertising, proactively applying this knowledge to enhance campaign performance.
  • Collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams, including sales, product, and design, to ensure consistent messaging and branding across all digital marketing channels.
  • Provide support for ad hoc marketing initiatives and projects as required.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in digital marketing, marketing operations, email marketing coordination, SEO, and paid advertising.
  • Strong knowledge of marketing automation platforms such as Marketo, HubSpot, or Pardot.
  • Proficiency in SEO strategies, including conducting keyword research, on-page optimization, and content recommendations.
  • Experience in planning, implementing, and optimizing paid advertising campaigns across platforms like Google Ads, Facebook Ads, and LinkedIn Ads.
  • Familiarity with HTML and CSS coding for email template customization.
  • Experience with A/B testing methodologies and using data analysis tools such as Google Analytics or similar platforms to measure campaign effectiveness.
  • Excellent project management skills, including the ability to prioritize tasks, manage multiple projects simultaneously, and meet deadlines.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with great attention to detail.
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
  • Experience working with marketing agencies and managing collaborative projects.
  • Self-motivated, proactive, and adaptable to a fast-paces, dynamic environment
