As a Business Development Manager, you will be responsible for driving growth and expanding the company's customer base. Your primary focus will be on identifying new business opportunities, developing strategic partnerships, and nurturing existing client relationships. You will play a pivotal role in achieving revenue targets and ensuring the company's continued success in a competitive market.
- Oversee the Business Customer Onboarding process. Ensure a continued healthy pipeline of new business.
- Research and identify potential business opportunities through market analysis, lead generation, and networking.
- Cultivate and manage strategic partnerships to enhance the company's product/service offerings and expand its reach.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients, ensuring their satisfaction and loyalty.
- Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations and proposals to prospective clients.
- Lead contract negotiations with clients, ensuring mutually beneficial agreements and adherence to company policies.
- Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and emerging opportunities to identify areas for business growth.

- 3-5 years experience specifically in Payment Solutions, Fintech, Cross-Border Payments, e-Commerce, or other related financial services.
- Familiarity with the Asian payment market and knowledge of its latest trends and challenges.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal in English
- Exceptional problem-solving and conflict resolution abilities.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and present insights effectively.
- Demonstrated ability to build and maintain lasting client relationships.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills with the ability to handle multiple accounts simultaneously.
- Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field.
