Funding Specialist

Responsibilities
- Build and develop partnerships through joint financing, credit lines, and other collaborations with key lender partners.
- Analyze and evaluate lender needs to strengthen existing partnerships and improve lender integration experience.
- Provide inputs for new structured funding options and develop funding strategies aligned with the Company’s growth plans.
- Deliver quality assurance / audit and reporting requirements to lending partners regularly.
- Assist the Funding Head with data preparation and documentation quality checks.
- Review internal and external documents to maintain quality business relationships.
- Monitor daily funding activities to ensure high-quality collaboration with lenders.
- Liaise with various departments (product, legal, finance, risk) to enhance cross-functional collaboration.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance, or relevant field
- More than 3 years of relevant work experience in finance, banking. Investment, Fintech.
- Experience in channeling partnership is preferred.
- Good skill in operating Excel. Macro, VBA, and database SQL will be an advantage
- Excellent communication skills and teamwork spirit, able to effectively collaborate with leaders at all levels of Indonesian financial institutions and internal teams
- A great attitude, open mind, an eagerness to learn and willingness to take initiative
- Strong in problem-solving and decision-making aptitude
- Proficient in Bahasa and English
