Wing is seeking a full-time Head of Trading/ Capital Market in Phnom Penh.

*Candidates with relevant experience in Digital Asset management, Similar module can apply for the position)

*Candidate from Southeast Asia experience are preferred.

Responsibilities
  • Market analysis: Conduct thorough market analysis to identify trading opportunities and inform decision-making.
  • Develop trading strategies: Create and refine trading strategies to maximize profitability and achieve business objectives.
  • Oversee trading operations: Manage and supervise all trading activities, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and internal policies.
  • Strategic Planning: Develop and implement business development strategies to achieve sales targets and expand the Miniapps market
  • Risk management: Monitor and manage trading risks, implementing strategies to mitigate potential losses.
  • Team leadership: Lead and mentor a team of traders, providing guidance and support to enhance their performance.
  • Performance evaluation: Evaluate the performance of trading activities and individual traders, making adjustments as necessary.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with other departments, such as risk management, compliance, and IT, to ensure seamless trading operations.
  • Reporting: Provide regular reports and updates to senior management on trading performance and market conditions.
