As a Liability Product Manager you are will manage liability product lines including Payments, Merchant Package Solution, CASA, covering both new product launches and ongoing enhancements.
- Drive customer acquisition efforts through various channels, with a focus on digital platforms and strategic partnerships (offline 2 online business model).
- Collaborate with IT and Operations teams to define business requirements, support system development, and optimize processes.
- Coordinate with Marketing, Legal, Process, and other cross-functional teams and partnerships to ensure smooth product delivery and alignment.
- Work closely with sales channels to achieve business objectives such as CASA/Payment/Merchant portfolio growth and payment product penetration.
- Monitor and improve customer onboarding and funding activation, products portfolio across all acquisition channels.
- Develop, review, and maintain marketing collateral for Payment, CASA, and Merchant Package products to support sales and awareness efforts.
- Analyze customer portfolio data to identify growth opportunities, drive cross-sell initiatives, and support targeted campaigns.
- Generate business reports and dashboards to track performance and support strategic decision-making.
- Conduct ongoing competitor analysis to ensure our products remain competitive and relevant in the market.
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Banking & Finance, Economics, or a related field.
- Passionate about fintech innovation and continuous learning to stay ahead in a competitive landscape.
- Experienced in Banking/Digital Bank/Fintech organizations is a plus
- Strong understanding of banking products and services, particularly CASA, Merchant and payment solutions, with the ability to tailor offerings to meet customer needs and market demands.
- Proven ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams including Product, IT, Operations, Marketing, Legal, and Sales & Partnership to drive product initiatives from concept to execution.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, essential for stakeholder engagement, internal coordination, and external partner interactions.
