Description
They are currently in search of an experienced Manager/Senior Manager/Director of Partnership to become a part of their team at IXT, which serves as the B2B insurance technology division of OneDegree. The chosen candidate will play a vital role in enhancing IXT's footprint within Vietnam. Their primary responsibilities will revolve around cultivating robust relationships within the industry network to drive the generation of prospective opportunities. Additionally, they will be tasked with elucidating the complete spectrum of value that IXT's solutions bring to clients.
Responsibilities
- Work closely with key stakeholders internally to formulate the go-to-market business development strategy and ensure a smooth execution and transition for new projects
- Research and prospect potential partners, stakeholders and decision-makers that will appreciate the IXT solutions
- Manage a strong pipeline with clear and accurate business forecasts
- Focus on generating new leads for our InsurTech solutions, propose suitable solutions to potential clients, coordinate customized demos, and successfully lead the negotiation and sales process to secure contracts
- Be a partner and trusted advisor to senior executives at insurance organizations to accelerate digital transformation by leveraging the IXT solutions
- Manage strategic IXT Core implementation projects including planning, prioritization, budgeting, resource allocation, and risk mitigation
Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience working in a customer-facing role or in a business development capacity in the insurance industry, B2B software industry and/or high-growth startups
- Experience with driving new solutions sales, driving technology adoption and building industry best practices
- Excellent customer success skills with a knack for developing strong relationships with partners; strong insurance/insurtech network contacts will be a huge advantage
- Able to manage multiple priorities, work under fast-paced startup environment
- Attention to details, with a strong commitment and desire for high standards of work
- Ability to seamlessly work with remote teams, including internal and external partners
- Self-motivated, looking for a challenge and eager to make a difference
- Native writing and verbal communication in Vietnamese; excellent writing and speaking in English will be a huge plus
