Marketing Campaigns Specialist - Digital Banking
Responsibilities
- Develop, maintain, and ensure adherence to Branding & Marketing standard operating procedures and guidelines to govern all marketing activities within the digital bank.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to plan, manage, and execute marketing campaigns and communication scheduling.
- Create compelling and targeted messaging and work with the creative team to create collaterals including website, app platforms, social media etc.
- Manage and support the execution of marketing timelines and deliverables including the set-up of collaterals, channel management and targeting for all marketing initiatives.
- Monitor and optimise the performance of marketing assets and campaigns.
Responsibilities
- A Bachelor’s Degree in Media, Communications, Public Relations, Marketing or equivalent
- Possess at least 2 – 5 years of relevant working experience in brand management communications and/or public relations, preferably in banking, FinTech or retail marketing industry
- Highly collaborative and analytical with good verbal and written communication skills
- Demonstrated ability to coordinate and manage various deliverables while liaising with a diverse range of stakeholders
- Proactive and able to learn fast while on the job
- Comfortable working independently in a fast-paced & dynamic environment while dealing with ambiguity
- Ability to be innovative strategically and operationally
