Marketing Specialist (Social Media)

Description
- Develop and implement a comprehensive social media strategy that enhances brand awareness, engagement, and user acquisition across multiple platforms (e.g., Facebook, Instagram, Tiktok, X).
- Ensuring local’s content calendar aligned with the company’s objectives and marketing goals, ensuring brand consistency across social channels.
- Perform social media analysis and leverage on data-driven insights to refine strategies, continuously improving engagement and reach.
- Stay updated on industry trends and competitor activities to identify new opportunities, innovative content ideas, and emerging platforms that can enhance SeaMoney’s social media presence.
- Evaluate the performance of KOL partnerships, providing insights and recommendations for future initiatives.
- Leverage customer feedback, market research, and social listening tools (ie. Emplifi) to refine and optimize social media campaigns.
- Work with the product, business development, online marketing and customer service teams to ensure cohesive branding across all customer touchpoints.
Qualifications
- 1-3 years of work experience. Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
- Past experience in social media marketing, branding, or a similar role, ideally within the fintech, financial services, or technology sectors.
- Proven experience in managing social media campaigns, with a strong understanding of branding principles.
- Strong knowledge of social media platforms, tools, and strategies to drive engagement and growth.
- Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to craft compelling brand messages.
- Ability to work cross-functionally with multiple teams and manage external partnerships.
- Creative and analytical mindset, with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions.
