Mobile App Marketing Manager
Responsibilities
  • Taking full ownership of all things Jeff mobile applications as a “CEO” of the area
  • Steering and making case for key business, product and marketing decisions
  • Being hands-on with marketing and user acquisition. Product iterations, experiments and unconventional growth hacking are some of the enablers expected for this
  • Making sure all experiments, go-to market activities, product usage sessions & more are properly measured, so that data-driven next decisions can be made can be made for the next steps
  • Closely collaborating with Marketing, Data, Engineering teams & reporting directly to the CEO
  • Maintaining clean, up-to date and structured roadmap and action plan.
  • Ensuring fast-paced growth environment with regards to all things mobile
  • Proactively making a case for required resources and tying their business case and success metrics together with overall company objectives and goals
  • Boldly executing in a self-driven way
Qualifications
  • Has “can do” attitude, finding solutions for every problem, not the other way around
  • Has demonstrated track record in mobile marketing, ASO, mobile affiliate marketing and fast-paced mobile product growth
  • Ideally has past experience in mobile gaming, fintech or consumer app sectors / APAC markets / mobile app leadership roles
  • Preferably has experience with Appsflyer/Adjust/Kochava or similar tools, as well as Firebase/Adjust/Amplitude or similar solutions
  • Takes ownership of the actions and items entrusted
  • Has exceptional project management skills, discipline and ability to find common language with a large number of different personalities from a range of backgrounds and culture
  • Understands the importance of constant learning and self-education
  • Feels great in dynamic, results-oriented environment that strives in open, honest communication setup
  • Has the mindset of adapting to various market and consumer cultures
  • Versatility. If multi-functionality and ability to regroup fast is one way how you would describe yourself, we'll get along great.
