Online Sales & Event Associate
Description
Fintech News Network is on a 4-day week trial and aim to not work on Friday anymore. As a team, an annual physical meet-up is organised in different countries.
Responsibilities
- Inbound and Outbound Lead Responses
- Research on potential sales leads (Events, Companies)
- Support on Sales Outreach
- CRM management (Uploading of leads, follow ups etc)
- Weekly Sales Tracking and Reporting
- Understands the needs of Fintech Event organisers and fintech startups
- Generate insights and recommendations to help drive business decisions and identify areas of growth and opportunities for improvement
- Optimization of sales processes
- Contact and sales by email, virtual call and physical meet ups
Qualifications
- Solid Experience with CRM
- Online Marketing Know How
- Strong, concise and clear communication skills (written, verbal or presentation)
- Fluent in English (Writing and Reading)
- Interested in learning about Fintech
- Adaptable, it’s a fast moving and changing industry and hence requirements may change quickly
- Able to work remote (no office provided), You should be based in South East Asia time zone, Kuala Lumpur preferred)
- Comfortable with using tools such as Google Suite and CRMs to support daily work
- Prior experience in sales/ media field is required
- Able to learn quickly on the job
