Description
  • Handle and track escalations related to credit products, focusing on ShopeePay related issues.
  • Investigate and verify reported issues to ensure accurate resolution.
  • Monitor case progress and ensure timely resolution within the agreed service levels (SLA).
  • Analyze trends in escalations and provide insights for process improvements.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree with minimum 1-year experience in operations or related field
  • Detail-oriented with good analytical and problem solving skills
  • Strong communication skills in Thai (English will be an advantage)
  • Ability to work collaboratively with multiple teams.
  • Work closely with Product and Project Operations teams to support issue investigations and post-monitoring.
