This role at Statrys sits at the heart of their strategic Payments Team, working closely with the Payment Manager to safeguard the integrity of all client transactions. You will analyse payment flows to ensure their legitimacy and compliance with internal and regulatory requirements.
You’ll collaborate with KYC, Compliance, and other payment specialists to build a full understanding of each client’s business and the purpose behind their payments.
In addition, you will work with our CX team to resolve client payment queries, making this position central to a secure and seamless customer experience.
- Key role in analysing payees as well as the payments received and made by Statrys’ clients, ensuring they are legitimate.
- Handle all incoming and outgoing client transactions while ensuring full adherence to market standards and Statrys policies.
- Work in cooperation with the rest of the payments team and coordinate with both the KYC and Compliance Team to ensure a complete comprehension of the business cycle leading to payments by clients.
- Ensure technical and compliance conformity of payments entering and leaving.
- Collaborate with the CX team in handling specific queries from clients related to payments.
- You have experience in positions/industry where you had to analyse business models and/or commercial transactions, or hands-on experience in KYC/Compliance.
- Good analytical skills and discernment.
- Business acumen.
- Ability to work in a hands-on environment.
- Good English communication.
- Solid knowledge of Microsoft Office.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance or other fields (Fresh Graduates welcome).
