As a Product Development Specialist at Trusting Social, you will have the ultimate responsibility for implementing the product features to offer the best digital experience and credit card product offers to consumers, especially those new to credit and new to credit card customers.
- Understand product & processes
- Proactively engage in the end-to-end product cycle of research, development, testing, deployment, and improvement
- Use data to understand how the product and features perform and suggest data-driven initiatives to improve the product and user experience
- Engage with users to get constant feedback and incorporate this into the product enhancement initiatives
- Clearly communicate requirements through epics and user stories
- Assist Product Managers in research, and survey for developing product roadmap/features
- Good interpersonal skills;
- Teamwork and hardworking with enthusiastic attitudes;
- Learning ability and strong self-motivation to capture new knowledge;
- Capability to zoom in and out on a problem;
- Effective problem-solving skills under pressure.
- Proven track record in Project/ Product Management
- Expert in fraud risk management for consumer lending is preferred;
- Experiences in managing unsecured lending products;
- Strong technical background with good knowledge about APIs and bank applications;
- Experience in working with the engineering team;
- Experiences with common data analyst toolkits, such as SQL
