Position title
Product Executive, Financial Services
  • Identify and plan to implement new credit card features on MoMo to maximize customer experience;
  • Coordinate and manage timeline with other stakeholders (IT, Product Tech,etc.) and credit card project team to ensure the team can deliver tasks on time;
  • Work closely with AI/Portfolio Management team to define customer’s segment in order to achieve target of acquiring credit card;
  • Manage E2E product flow to improve product proposition to customers;
  • Associate with Product Owner to work with external partners to execute new card features and manage performance time to time;
  • Monitorr products flow and update market trend of card payment to improve UI/UX/Customer journey to deliver a product fix to customers and achieve revenue expectation from co-brand credit card project.
  • Professional English in writing and speaking;
  • Experience working in fintech/digital banking, especially in digital card product developmen;
  • Good working with Excel or Google Sheets; Presentation;
  • Data driven mindset, business analysis skill;
  • Strong knowledge in business development and partnership management;
  • Ability to work under pressure and fast-moving environment;
  • Teamwork mindset and strong experience in project management;
