Endowus is seeking a dynamic and experienced Product Manager to join their Personalisation & Growth team. This role is pivotal in creating the most trusted and seamless digital investment companion that adapts to each client's unique goals, helping them navigate their financial journey with confidence and clarity. They want clients to not only celebrate their financial success on Endowus, but to genuinely love the digital experience that helped them get there—delighting in how intuitive, personalised, and empowering it feels to use their platform.
- Manage end-to-end product development lifecycle, focusing on writing clear user stories, documenting requirements, and conducting thorough user acceptance testing.
- Conduct market and user research: Gather, analyze, and synthesize user feedback, competitor offerings, and market trends within the wealth management space to identify opportunities for enhanced personalization and optimized conversion funnels that lead to client financial success.
- Contribute to product roadmap and strategy: Work closely with the Product team and cross-functional teams (Engineering, Design, Marketing) to understand different business objectives and define product priorities.
- Ensure operational efficiency and compliance: Collaborate with internal stakeholders (Operations, Compliance, Data) to translate regulatory requirements and internal process needs into actionable product specifications.
- Monitor and report on product performance: Track key performance indicators (KPIs) and utilize data analytics tools to monitor feature usage, client engagement, and funnel performance, providing insights that inform iterative improvements to the digital investment companion experience.
- Minimally 2-3 years of experience in the product management space. Experience within wealth management is advantageous but not essential.
- Past experience working with internal business stakeholders (operations, compliance, client experience and data) to deeply understand user needs and synthesise them into product priorities, roadmap plans, and detailed specifications.
- Lead a cross-functional squad (engineering and design) to ship new and impactful features, including preparing necessary technical product specifications, coordinating development activity, and tracking progress of in-flight projects.
- Work closely with marketing on go-to-market strategy for new features.
