We are looking for a Regional Head of Implementation Delivery to join our team in Singapore. You will be responsible for delivering customer-focused solutions from requirements definition through to post go-live embedding, with a strong emphasis on regional specifics for APAC.

This role will lead a diverse team, manage client engagement, understanding regional customer needs, and ensuring delivery excellence on behalf of Thredd.

What you will be doing as a Regional Head of Implementation Delivery position

Customer/Client Centricity

  • Supporting delivery while maintaining the highest standards. Customer experience and satisfaction must remain central to every stage of the delivery process, with a focus on adapting to regional regulations, cultural expectations, and market dynamics.
  • Ensuring timely and successful go-live of client programmes and projects, with tailored approaches for the APAC region
  • Leading customer conversations to determine value-adding factors, ensuring local market needs and cultural nuances are considered.

Data & Reporting

  • Experienced in applying data analytics to uncover trends, optimise performance, and inform decision-making.

Industry Knowledge

  • Working cross-functionally to ensure customer implementations are delivered smoothly and on schedule, adapting delivery approaches to regional regulatory and compliance requirements
  • Providing an industry-leading experience throughout the implementation process, leveraging regional insights and compliance expertise.
  • Offering proven advice and support to customers to maximise benefit realisation, using regional benchmarks and case studies.
  • Staying abreast of company, industry, and regional developments, remaining agile to regulatory changes and market shifts.

Planning & Prioritisation

  • Identifying and championing opportunities for improvement throughout the delivery lifecycle, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and regional best practice sharing.
  • Coaching and supporting implementation team members to deliver MVPs on time, enabling customers to quickly iterate and build upon them
  • Closely managing projects to minimise/mitigate risks and issues, establishing early warning systems for potential delays or non-delivery, with escalation paths tailored to regional structures.
  • Minimising escalations by proactively addressing issues and concerns, using region-specific processes where appropriate.
  • Providing incisive, accurate, and timely reporting on team projects to stakeholders, adapting communication style and content for regional audiences.
  • Proactively communicating delivery concerns to drive resolution, anticipating and removing blockers with sensitivity to regional business practices.

  • Shaping and inspiring the organisation to deliver Thredd’s strategy and managing challenges with optimism
What you will bring to the Regional Head of Implementation Delivery position
  • Deep cards industry experience: Detailed understanding of the Auth/Clearing/Chargeback process, including regional differences in payment processing, as well as key interfaces and message types.
  • Fluent in Mandarin would be very advantageous
  • Strong knowledge of Mastercard, Visa and Discover scheme rules and processes, with awareness of regional scheme adaptations and local payment networks
  • Keen focus on driving customer outcomes and experience, adapting for local market expectations.
  • Ability to engage professionally with stakeholders at all levels including peers, clients, suppliers, schemes, regulators, and boards across diverse regions and cultures.
  • Highly motivated and able to work independently, under pressure, and proactively in a fast-paced, multi-region environment.
  • Project and programme management expertise, with a strong focus on planning, organisation, prioritisation, and continuous improvement.
  • Building and maintaining strong knowledge of the Thredd product suite, with an understanding of regional product variations and compliance requirements.
