We are seeking a dynamic Sales Enablement Specialist to join our team and play a pivotal role in empowering our sales force to achieve peak performance. This role combines sales enablement and sales administration functions to optimize sales processes and enhance sales productivity.
Responsibilities
Sales Enablement:
- Develop and maintain a robust and up-to-date sales enablement toolkit, including presentations, product demos, sales playbooks, and competitive analysis resources.
- Create, deliver, and continuously refine training programs for the Business Development team, covering areas such as onboarding, product knowledge, internal systems, sales methodologies, and work processes.
Sales Operations:
- Lead the sales operations team to provide administrative support, including contract management, lead management, lead conversion and optimization.
- Continuously evaluate and improve sales-related systems and tools to enhance efficiency and effectiveness in sales operations.
- Keep track and generate sales performance reports, offering insights and recommendations to support data-driven decision-making and sales strategy optimization.
What you need to succeed in this role:
- Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or a related discipline.
- Over 2 years of experience in sales enablement or sales operations, ideally within the fintech, payment, or e-commerce sectors.
- Understanding of the B2B sales cycle and experience working within cross-functional teams.
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to clearly visualize and present complex information.
