Tencent Finance & Technology (FiT) Singapore is seeking a Senior Business Development Manager to drive the expansion of Tenpay Global's cross-border payment network. In this role, you will cultivate strategic partnerships with global remittance institutions, optimize transaction growth, and spearhead joint-marketing initiatives to strengthen brand presence and industry influence. Client Relationship & Growth Optimization
- Build and manage relationships with global remittance partners, ensuring strong engagement and long-term collaboration.
- Conduct business reviews and performance analyses to align with client objectives and identify growth opportunities.
- Develop and execute strategic account plans, drive transaction volume growth, and maintain a pipeline for new business opportunities.
- Work with product, operations, and compliance teams to enhance client solutions and user experience.
Integrated & Joint-Partner Marketing
- Develop and execute joint marketing strategies with partners, leveraging brand campaigns, events, and content marketing.
- Align partner marketing actions across BD teams to ensure cohesive market expansion efforts.
- Support the Product Team in developing tools to improve client engagement and transaction performance.
- Coordinate with the marketing team to drive branding and user adoption campaigns.
- Bachelor’s degree or above in Business, Finance, Economics, Computer Science, or related fields with a strong passion for the FinTech industry.
- 5+ years of experience in financial services, cross-border payments, or strategic partnerships, with a proven track record in managing key accounts.
- Strong team leadership, project management, and coordination skills, with the ability to accelerate partnership execution.
- Experience in account management and joint-partner marketing strategies to drive revenue and market influence.
- Ability to streamline processes and continuously improve business performance.
- Strong communication skills in both English and Chinese Mandarin to manage both internal and external stakeholders, with ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
