Senior Data Analyst - System Operations, SeaMoney
Responsibilities
  • Drive the credit services business in an operation role
  • Coordinate with internal teams & external partners to solve tickets daily
  • Gather and consolidate data, build and maintain reports/dashboards for Operations
  • Coordinate with stakeholders to evaluate and analyze data-related problems, find out the root causes, and propose solutions with Data PMs
  • Monitor and identify issues related to operating/ system errors based on data, alerting related stakeholders to take immediate action in case there are any issues that may affect our user experience
  • Work closely with other ops sub-teams (such as Payment Ops, KYC, CS) to understand their needs/ pain points to tackle their problems and enhance internal processes (especially the QA process) through automation and improve productivity
  • Communicate and collaborate closely with stakeholders to regularly update and understand new features and current issues, to not only develop monitoring reports but also carry out data analysis to ensure a holistic approach to process improvement
  • Other assigned tasks from the Management team
Qualifications
  • At least 3-5 year experience in the Data process and analysis field, preferably in Operations Department of a tech start-up (e-commerce, fintech)
  • Graduating with a Bachelor’s degree and above in Statistics, Business, Data Analytics, and other related fields
  • Strong proficiency in SQL, Microsoft Excel, Google Sheets, and Google Slides
  • Critical & logical thinking, problem-solving skills, flexibility in handling problems
  • Good communication skills in English and Vietnamese (verbal and written) to coordinate with internal stakeholders across the region
  • Good team player, a positive attitude with a can-do attitude, & integrity and responsibility
  • Background in Banking/Finance, have knowledge/experiences in credit & banking
  • A fast learner who is meticulous and detail-oriented
  • Having Python is a big advance
