As a Senior Product Development Specialist in eKYC Product at Trusting Social, you will participate in decision-making and prioritization to drive product strategy, roadmap, and development, addressing identity trust in the financial sector in Vietnam and other Trusting Social markets. You will have the ultimate responsibility for implementing product features that deliver world-class Digital Identity/eKYC. Your role will involve delivering next-generation Digital Identity/eKYC product offerings to our clients and playing a key role in ideating and co-creating new features tailored to Trusting Social's clients and market needs.

- Being Vietnamese
- 2+ years of experience in product management along with 5+ years of overall work experience
- Technical background with a degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field
- Ability to collect and analyze data from various sources, identify key insights, spot product opportunities, and inform product decisions
- Willingness to roll up your sleeves and do whatever it takes to help your team win
- Ability to maintain a keen attention to detail, multitask, and work well under pressure
- Good interpersonal skills
- Teamwork and hardworking with enthusiastic attitudes
- Strong learning ability and self-motivation to acquire new knowledge
- Capability to zoom in and out on a problem
- Effective problem-solving skills under pressure
Preferred
- Proven track record in Product Management
- Experience with Banking & Financial B2B products
- Familiarity with common data analysis toolkits, such as SQL
- Knowledge of AI/Machine Learning topics
- Experience in managing KYC process or fraud risk management for customer onboarding
