MoMo (M_Service) is seeking a highly driven Senior Growth and Marketing Executive to spearhead our company's growth initiatives. This pivotal role demands a proven track record of driving exceptional results in a fast-paced, high-growth fintech environment. This position requires a self-starter who thrives on challenges, possesses a deep understanding of the fintech landscape, and is passionate about leveraging data-driven insights to achieve ambitious growth targets.
- In charge of the overall execution of major marketing campaigns, promotional programs, launching of new product features, and other projects as required;
- Work with cross-functional team including data analytics and product development to generate ideas and develop an end-to-end growth plan;
- Work with data analytics team to create and perform key reports and analyses for the management team for the reporting and decision-making regarding the projects;
- Work with the creative and operations team for the execution of marketing and communications plans;
- Track and report on performance, identifying key wins and learnings to advise future campaigns;
- Work in collaboration with the Manager for growth plans on monthly, quarterly and annually basic.
Minimum Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree required;
Experience: 2-3 years experience in relevant fields such as Growth & Marketing, Analytics, Research, Product Development;
Essential skills:
Results driven; able to deliver under tight deadlines and pressure;
Previous experience in a technology B2C product a plus;
Personal characteristics: Strong interpersonal skill, logical thinking skill and growth mindset; able to manage senior stakeholders.
