(Senior) Merchant Success Specialist
Description
Fundiin is looking for a Merchant Success Specialist who will play a crucial role in monitoring merchant performance, identifying areas for improvement, and implementing growth strategies that align with our business goals.
Responsibilities
- Monitor merchant performance metrics to assess their BNPL programs' effectiveness, identify improvement opportunities, and ensure alignment with Fundiin's standards and objectives.
- Analyze data and metrics to provide actionable insights and recommendations to merchants, enabling them to optimize their revenue growth and enhance customer satisfaction.
- Collaborate with Business Development teams and related Functional teams (Product, Marketing, etc.) to understand merchants' unique needs, goals, and pain points, and develop customized growth strategies tailored to each merchant's requirements.
- Work closely with the Merchant Operations team to ensure seamless execution of growth strategies and provide guidance to resolve any challenges or issues that arise during the implementation process.
- Provide regular reports and updates to internal stakeholders highlighting merchant performance, progress, and potential risks or opportunities.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
- Proven experience in a similar role, preferably in the fintech or e-commerce industry, focusing on merchant success, account management, or business development.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data, identify trends, and provide actionable insights.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams, merchants, and internal stakeholders.
- Demonstrated ability to develop and implement growth strategies that drive revenue growth and enhance customer satisfaction.
- Detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.
- Self-motivated and results-driven, with a proactive approach to problem-solving.
