As a Senior Product Executive in the Bank & Source of Fund team, you will play a pivotal role in driving initiatives that increase user engagement, optimize user acquisition, and deepen the relationship with our partner banks and financial institutions. This position requires a blend of product expertise, and data-driven decision-making to design, build, and launch products that align with MoMo’s goals
What you will do
Product Execution
- Collaborate with Product Managers to define the roadmap for MoMo’s banking and funding products.
- Drive feature development from ideation through launch, ensuring alignment with overall business goals.
- Utilize data and insights to identify trends, optimize features, and prioritize enhancements based on customer needs and business impact.
Cross-Functional Collaboration
- Partner with engineering, design, marketing, and operations teams to deliver seamless and efficient product launches.
- Work closely with partner banks and financial institutions to ensure mutual alignment on product goals, delivery timelines, and promotional activities.
User-Centric Product Design
- Conduct user research and analyze customer feedback to shape product features that drive user engagement and retention.
- Identify opportunities for financial education and guidance to help users optimize their spending and savings.
Data-Driven Decision Making
- Analyze product performance using key metrics (engagement, conversion, retention) to continuously improve the customer experience.
- Implement A/B testing, user feedback sessions, and other methods to iterate on products and ensure high user satisfaction.
Compliance & Risk Management
- Ensure all banking and source of fund features comply with relevant regulations and risk management policies.
- Work with the compliance team to incorporate risk mitigation measures into product planning and execution.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Computer Science, or a related field; a Master’s degree is a plus.
- 3+ years of experience in product management, product development, or a similar role within fintech, banking, or digital wallets.
- Proven ability to work in a fast-paced environment, manage multiple stakeholders, and drive complex projects from start to finish.
- Strong understanding of fintech, digital wallets, and banking products, with knowledge of risk and compliance principles.
- Analytical mindset with experience in data analytics tools (e.g., SQL, Excel) and familiarity with A/B testing.
- A proactive, user-centric approach, with the ability to translate customer needs into impactful product features.
