We are looking to hire a skilled Senior Relationship Manager to join our Commercial team in Singapore, reporting to the Co-Head of Global Account Management.

You will be working in a highly collaborative environment, where you will be responsible for driving revenue growth through upsells of our products and solutions as well as maintaining existing accounts.

Responsibilities
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs, objectives, and growth strategies
  • Serve as a trusted advisor, providing tailored solutions to support their success in the Web3 ecosystem
  • Identify new opportunities to drive additional revenue streams from existing clients, leveraging your expertise and insights into Web3 technologies and financial services
  • Act as a subject matter expert, guiding clients towards solutions that meet their evolving needs
  • Proactively seek out opportunities to maximize value for clients and drive business growth
  • Effectively communicate with clients and internal stakeholders ensuring clarity and alignment across all interactions
What we are looking for

To be the right candidate for this position, we expect you to have minimum of 5+ years of account or relationship management experience within payments, banking, acquiring, or the merchant division of a major financial services company. Experience with or knowledge of Web3 would be highly beneficial. Also, you should have a proven track record of managing and growing high-value brands or accounts.

You have solid experience in leading and growing high-value brands or accounts with a focus on revenue generation and upsell opportunities. You should be adept at identifying and capitalizing on opportunities to drive additional revenue streams from existing clients.

As a person you are a relentless and results-oriented self-starter who thrives in a fast-paced environment. You are proactive, resourceful, and willing to go the extra mile to achieve targets and deliver exceptional results.

As Banking Circle is an international company, fluency in English, both verbal and written, is a requirement for this role. Proficiency in additional languages such as Mandarin Chinese, will be appreciated and advantageous.
