Responsibilities
Data Team:
- Oversee daily cash management operations including transfer of funds and wire transactions.
- Conduct complex financial analysis to identify risks and investment opportunities.
- Execute and manage all cryptocurrency transactions and positions.
- Engage in trading activities, market analysis, and risk mitigation.
- Implement strategies for liquidity management, foreign exchange, interest rate risk, and counterparty risk.
- Coordinate with accounting and finance teams to ensure accurate financial reporting.
- Develop and maintain relationships with banking partners and financial service providers.
- Monitor and manage blockchain transactions and address any issues that arise.
- Comply with financial regulations and standards in the cryptocurrency sector.
- Prepare detailed financial reports and forecasts for senior management.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, or a related field. An advanced degree or certification, such as CFA or CPA is preferred.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in treasury, finance, or a related field, preferably within a cryptocurrency or fintech company.
- Strong understanding of cryptocurrency markets, blockchain technology, and related financial regulations.
- Excellent financial analysis skills with the ability to create sophisticated financial models.
- Proficiency in Treasury software and other related financial systems.
- Strong understanding of cash management and investment strategies.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
- Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.
