Description

Strategic Director (Strategy & Business Process Improvement) at Easy Money is responsible for setting and driving the organization’s strategic direction while leading business process improvement initiatives under a single, integrated framework. This role ensures that corporate strategy, execution plans, and process optimization—supported by Lean and Six Sigma principles—are fully aligned to deliver sustainable growth, operational excellence, and long-term organizational effectiveness.

Responsibilities

Strategic Leadership

  • Define, develop, and lead corporate and business strategies aligned with the company’s vision, mission, and long-term objectives.
  • Translate strategic priorities into clear, actionable initiatives and enterprise-wide execution roadmaps.
  • Lead short-, mid-, and long-term strategic planning cycles.
  • Provide strategic insights, analysis, and recommendations to executive management and key stakeholders.

Business Process Improvement (BPI) & Operational Excellence

  • Own and lead the Business Process Improvement function as an integral part of the strategic leadership team.
  • Oversee end-to-end process review, redesign, and optimization to support strategic and operational priorities.
  • Apply Lean, Six Sigma, and continuous improvement methodologies to enhance efficiency, quality, scalability, and cost effectiveness.
  • Establish governance frameworks, standards, and best practices for process improvement initiatives across the organization.
  • Drive a culture of continuous improvement and operational excellence across all functions.

Strategy Execution & Governance

  • Ensure strong alignment between strategy, operations, and process execution across the enterprise.
  • Define, track, and monitor KPIs to measure strategic performance and business process improvement outcomes.
  • Identify execution risks, process gaps, and improvement opportunities, and proactively develop mitigation plans.
  • Lead change management efforts related to strategic transformation and process improvement initiatives.

Leadership & Collaboration

  • Lead, coach, and develop the Strategy & Business Process Improvement team as one integrated function.
  • Act as a strategic partner to functional leaders to ensure alignment, prioritization, and execution excellence.
  • Foster a culture of data-driven decision-making, accountability, and cross-functional collaboration.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Strategy, Industrial Engineering, or a related field
  • (Master’s degree or MBA preferred).
  • Minimum of 10+ years of experience in strategy, business transformation, operational excellence, or process improvement roles.
  • Strong hands-on experience in Business Process Improvement, Lean, and/or Six Sigma
  • (Lean Six Sigma certification is an advantage).
  • Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams and enterprise-level initiatives.
  • Excellent strategic thinking, analytical, leadership, and stakeholder management skills.
