Strategy and Planning Management (Fintech)
  • Devise and implement a comprehensive analytics strategy that aligns with business objectives, leveraging data to drive decision-making and innovation.
  • Identify key performance indicators (KPIs) and metrics to measure the success of marketing, product, and operational initiatives.
  • Leverage internal data platforms, external data provided by partners and other various sources to problem solve business problem statements and drive data-driven decision making.
  • Present findings, analysis and insights collected on an ad-hoc manner to broader Fintech team and leadership team.
  • Create visually compelling and informative reports and dashboards that effectively communicate complex data insights to stakeholders at various levels.
  • Present findings and recommendations to senior management to inform strategic decision-making processes.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams including marketing, product development, revenue and growth to align analytics efforts with business goals.
  • Provide actionable insights to optimize customer acquisition, retention, and revenue generation strategies.
  • More than 5 years experience in the similar role
  • Solid understanding of commercial drivers for a business, covering new user acquisition and conversion, existing user retention and monetization
  • Good knowledge of SQL language, able to pull data required for business analysis from data plarform. Practical experience with Google Cloud Platform (BigQuery) is a plus
  • Experience in building dashboards and reports using visualization tools (eg. Tableau, Looker, etc) to be consumed by business users covering pertinent data-driven insights in a visually compelling manner
  • Able to articulate business problem statements, hypotheses, problem solving process in a structured manner
  • Proactive and driven to deliver high quality work by leveraging available information sources internally and externally
  • Data-driven; pushes others to maintain an impact lens
  • Able to influence stakeholders from different departments in order to provide insights, collect data and drive execution of initiatives
