Strategy Planning Assistant Manager/Manager
Description

The strategy planning team plays a critical role in driving KBJ capital growth, and translating business strategies into actionable plans. The scope of work is not limited to monitor business performance and competitors, but also in proactively finding actionable insights in the market. In addition, you will be in charge of leading a strategic/special/transformation projects to drive high-impact business changes.

 

Responsibilities

• Lead strategic and special projects to drive high-impact business changes
• Conduct feasibility studies of new businesses (Business model, Financial model, Legal and regulations)
• Maintain corporate governance practices, and internal policies.
• Perform competitor analysis to ensure KB J competitive advantage is maintained.
• Monitor regulatory changes and government initiatives.
• Provide timely support to senior management (c-level) on analytical requests.
• Draw up and generate ad hoc reports to support various divisions.

Qualifications

• 2-4 years of experience from banks, non-bank Financial institutions, Fintech, tech with relevant experiences in commercial and, strategy & PMO.
• Obtained a Bachelor's degree, preferably major in Business, Management, Economics, Finance, Accounting, Engineering; Master's degree or MBA would be a plus.
• Passionate for financial services especially loan products (Secured / unsecured loans)
• Knowledge about Thailand loan and payment regulations.
• Understanding of Excel (such as Pivot, VLOOKUP function)
• Effective planning and organizational skills
• Outstanding in interpersonal communications and stakeholder management; experiences to handle cross team collaboration projects
• Being able to present technical concepts and analytical findings efficiently to various stakeholders
• [Preferred] Familiar with M&A, IPO, JV or organization structure change/transformation
• [Preferred] Familiar with at least one programming/scripting language (such as Python, SQL)
[A must] 100% onsite work at AIA Capital Center (MRT Thailand Cultural Centre station)
