Boost Capital
The product specialist will support Boost’s Product team. This is a mid-level role that is ideal for individuals who are interested in pursuing a career as a no-code developer, or in product management or customer experience, with a focus on chatbot-based systems.
You will work closely with the Head of Product to ensure that our products provide the best possible experience for our customers and internal team. Your primary responsibility will be to implement new chatbot builds, quality check builds, monitor customer feedback, and provide recommendations to improve our products.
- Use storyboarding provided by our Product Team to no-code build new chatbot flows.
- Assist with quality checks on new chatbot flows to ensure they meet the required standards.
- Monitor customer data to flag bottlenecks, inefficiencies, negative customer experience or general areas of customer experience with room for improvement.
- Work with the Product Manager and Product Specialist to support the rollout of strategic initiatives.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices to ensure that our products remain competitive and relevant.
- At least 1 year of experience in a similar role working in Tech, customer experience, or financial services.
- A passion for financial inclusion and a willingness to learn and take on different tasks.
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to communicate complex ideas in a clear and concise manner.
- Strong analytical skills, with the ability to use data to make informed decisions.

We built our tech platform to have simple integrations, so we can launch a new Financial Institution in 2-to 3 weeks. We are backed by top-tier institutional investors along with some fantastic angel investors.
