ANEXT Bank has announced that Su Mei Toh, the bank’s CEO, has decided to embark on a new chapter in her career.
Su Mei has been an instrumental force in shaping ANEXT Bank’s growth and innovation, and her leadership has driven the bank to new heights, including its role as a pioneer in digital banking for SMEs.
As Su Mei transitions out of her role, the bank announced that Kai Qiu, currently serving as Deputy CEO and Chief Technology Officer (CTO) of ANEXT Bank, has been appointed as the bank’s designated CEO.

Under Su Mei’s leadership, ANEXT Bank expanded its reach to SMEs in the region, launched groundbreaking digital credit solutions for MSMEs in Thailand, and helped countless businesses access the financing they need to thrive.
Kai Qiu, who has been a key member of the team since the bank’s inception, has proven himself as a visionary leader with deep expertise in both technology and business development.
His work in building strong partnerships with public and private sector stakeholders has been instrumental in the bank’s continued success.
