Banking technology company Temenos announced two new appointments to its product leadership team.
Rohit Chauhan has been named Chief Technology Officer (CTO), and Eugene Khmelevsky has taken on the newly created role of Global Head of Architecture and Data.

Chauhan will oversee Temenos’ technology strategy, research and development, and innovation efforts.
His responsibilities include enhancing the flexibility of the company’s platform to support its core banking and modular solutions, tailored to the evolving needs of financial institutions.
Chauhan brings over two decades of experience in technology and banking, with previous leadership positions at JPMorgan, where he was Managing Director and Global Head of Digital Channels Technology.
At JPMorgan, he led the bank’s digital channels strategy, modernising its core platform to be cloud-native and rolling out next-generation digital experiences for customers worldwide.
Prior to JPMorgan, he spent nearly ten years at Morgan Stanley.

Khmelevsky will be responsible for ensuring Temenos’ architecture and data foundation supports its product strategy.
He has over 25 years of experience in technology and banking software development.
His previous roles include technology leadership positions at FIS and Chief Mobile Architect at JCPenney.
More recently, he led platform technology and development at a cloud-native startup focused on embedded finance.
Both executives are based in the U.S. and will report to Barb Morgan, Temenos’ Chief Product and Technology Officer.
Morgan said the appointments reflect Temenos’ commitment to hiring leaders with strong expertise in cloud, AI and data, particularly in high-growth markets like the U.S., to support long-term innovation and customer value.
