In the role, Koo will oversee the branch’s risk, control, and operational functions, continuing its focus on sound governance and disciplined risk management.
Koo brings more than three decades of experience in audit, compliance, and risk management across leading financial institutions, spanning compliance, legal, operational, and business risk.
Throughout his career, he has worked closely with senior management, regulators, external auditors, and other key stakeholders.
