Singapore-based Laters.com has raised US$1.5 million in seed funding to expand its flight booking and payment platform.
XBO Ventures, the investment arm of digital asset platform XBO.com, led the round.
Angel investors from the payments, fintech and enterprise technology sectors also participated.
Laters.com will use the funding to grow its core business, develop new products and enter new business areas.
According to Laters.com, it has been profitable every month since February 2025.
The platform offers flights from more than 650 airlines and supports over 100 payment methods.
Most of its payment volume comes through non-card options, including around 40 instalment plans, stablecoins and more than 70 cryptocurrencies.

“Nobody should lose the fare they found because payday is two weeks away.
Family, work, a wedding: some trips cannot wait. Laters.com fixes the price today and spreads the cost, so the people who plan ahead are not the ones who pay the most.”
said Alex Yardley, Founder and CEO of Laters.com.
Founded in Singapore in 2023, Laters.com launched its platform in August 2024 and now serves 16 markets, with the United States as its largest.
Yardley’s team has 20 years of experience in travel and e-commerce, including roles at eBay, Booking Holdings and ShopBack.
In May 2025, the company acquired travel discovery platform LFG and integrated its technology and team into the business.
The company acts as the merchant of record and earns revenue from fares and ancillary products rather than charging booking fees.
It rebranded from Fly Fairly to Laters.com in June 2026 without affecting existing bookings, customer accounts or airline coverage.
