Finmo has opened a new global headquarters in Singapore as its monthly transaction volume surpasses US$1 billion.
The Singapore-founded fintech plans to grow its local team and invest further in artificial intelligence (AI) and treasury intelligence from the Suntec City office.
Finmo has more than doubled its local headcount since obtaining its Major Payment Institution licence in 2023.
The new headquarters increases its office capacity by 50% and will support further hiring.
The move follows Finmo’s US$18.5 million Series A funding round in February 2025, which was earmarked for product development, AI capabilities and international expansion.

“Payments and treasury are two sides of the same ledger. Yet businesses have traditionally separated the movement of money from the intelligence behind it. Bringing the two together enables smarter payments informed by a real-time understanding of cash, liquidity and the wider financial position.
We’re seeing that vision translate into real scale. Businesses now move more than US$1 billion through Finmo every month, while we remain cashflow positive as we expand globally.”
said David Hanna, Co-Founder and CEO of Finmo.
TreasuryOS combines cash management, payments and treasury intelligence to help finance teams understand and manage their financial positions across banks, currencies and markets.
Finmo plans to continue developing its AI agent, MO AI, to help businesses identify risks, anticipate liquidity needs and evaluate their options.
This work will be led from Singapore alongside further investment in products and talent.
The company holds 11 licences and regulatory permissions across eight markets, while TreasuryOS connects with more than 11,000 banks.
