Personetics has launched Banking Console to help bank relationship managers identify which customers need attention and why.
The AI-powered product analyses customer behaviour and financial activity to create a ranked daily list of customers to contact.
It also identifies potential risks and opportunities, provides an overview of each customer’s finances and suggests talking points.
The product draws on Personetics’ Shared Financial Context technology, which already supports personalised insights across banks’ digital channels.

“Banking Console eliminates the intelligence blind spot in the relationship manager’s workflow. The relationship manager is the bank’s most trusted channel, and now it finally has the same intelligence that already powers the rest of the bank. We believe this is where the next era of growth in retail banking will be won, and we intend to lead it,”
said Udi Ziv, CEO of Personetics.
Banking Console adds these insights to CRM systems already used by banks, including Salesforce and Microsoft Dynamics.
Banks can configure the platform around priorities such as growth opportunities and customer retention. These priorities shape the relationship manager’s engagement plan.
