Fiserv has partnered with Trulioo to simplify identity and business checks for clients operating across global markets.
Trulioo will provide verification capabilities to support onboarding and underwriting, with the aim of reducing manual work and helping clients make more consistent decisions.
These processes can require multiple data sources, documents and review steps to confirm applicants’ identities and establish whether businesses are legitimate.
The checks can become more complex as companies expand into new markets.
Trulioo’s identity verification tools combine identity data, document checks and fraud signals in configurable workflows.
Its business verification tools use global and local data sources to confirm business information, identify ownership and control structures, and provide standardised results to support risk-based decisions.

Vicky Bindra, CEO of Trulioo, said,
“Global growth should not require businesses to rebuild their verification processes market by market.
By bringing Trulioo’s global data coverage, risk signals and configurable workflows to Fiserv, we can help clients manage local requirements while maintaining a secure, frictionless and consistent approach to identity assurance.”

Sanjay Saraf, Global Chief Product Officer, Merchant Solutions at Fiserv, said,
“As businesses expand, they need onboarding and identity verification that can keep pace without adding unnecessary complexity.
Our collaboration with Trulioo helps us give clients a more consistent approach across markets while adapting to local requirements.”
