Revolut has reached a US$115 billion valuation after a year of banking launches and regulatory approvals across several markets.
The UK-based fintech confirmed the completion of its latest secondary share sale.
The transaction was led by investors including Glade Brook Capital Partners, Coatue, Durable Capital Partners and Baillie Gifford, alongside accounts advised by T. Rowe Price Associates.
Both existing and new investors participated, although Revolut did not disclose the value of shares sold.
The valuation represents a more than 53 percent increase from the US$75 billion established through a share sale in November 2025.
Reports in July had already indicated that Revolut was targeting a US$115 billion valuation.
Revolut reported a 46 percent increase in revenue to US$6 billion (£4.5 billion) in 2025, while pre-tax profit rose 57 percent to US$2.3 billion (£1.7 billion).
Its pre-tax profit margin reached 38 percent.
Revolut Expands Banking Licences Beyond Europe
Revolut launched banks in the UK, Mexico, Australia and New Zealand in 2026. It also secured banking licences in France, Colombia and Argentina.
Revolut received conditional approval for a national bank charter from the Office of the Comptroller of the Currency (OCC) in the US.
The company already has banking operations across 30 markets in the European Economic Area.

Nik Storonsky, CEO & Founder of Revolut, said,
“Every bank we launch means more people get a better way to manage their money, wherever they live. Our team makes that happen, and employee ownership has been central to our culture from day one.
That’s why we’ve once again given them the chance to share in the value they’ve created, as we work towards our next milestone of serving 100 million customers.”
Revolut’s Wider Expansion Includes Singapore
Revolut announced plans to invest nearly S$350 million in Singapore over five years as part of its Southeast Asian expansion.
It aims to grow its local workforce to more than 300 employees within three years and open a new office in early 2027.
Singapore will also support regional product development and partnerships.

Victor Stinga, CFO of Revolut, said,
“The milestones achieved this year have been several years in the making. They allow us to strengthen our digital banking proposition in our core markets and pave the way for it reaching millions more customers beyond Europe.
The confidence of our investors, both existing and new, reflects Revolut’s unique opportunity to build the first truly global bank.”
Revolut currently serves more than 80 million retail customers worldwide.
